Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions are the agreement between you and Stellr Lab LLC for Chlorona. Stellr Lab LLC is a California company at 18034 Ventura Blvd PMB 2090, Encino, CA 91316. contact@stellrlab.com. The sites are chlorona.com and chlorona.app. The app is for iOS and Android. Hosting is our website and API on chlorona.app plus our existing database.
2. The service
Chlorona identifies plants from photos you submit and, if you choose it, checks plant health. Login is required. You sign in with Apple, Google, or X. One account, one credit pool. chlorona.app does not identify plants and does not sell credits.
3. Account
You must have an account. Credits follow that account on every device. There is no Family Sharing product. You may delete the account in Settings in the app or on the Delete account page on this site.
4. Credits and purchases
Plant identification uses 1 credit. Checking plant health uses 1 additional credit. Credits are bought only in the Chlorona app through Apple or Google. chlorona.app does not sell credits. There is no web checkout. Purchases are final. Unused credits are forfeited, not refunded, when you delete your account.
5. Identification
Plant identification is provided by a third-party service. You use that service at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chlorona provides identification results AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, and is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, any failure, error, unavailability, or inaccurate result of that third-party service. Credits are not refunded when that service fails, errors, or returns no result. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
6. Photos
We may keep photos you submit, with the identification, to improve Chlorona. We do not train on identification labels unless the identification provider puts permission in writing. After you delete your account, we drop the customer link. Photo and identification may stay with no account attached. Past scans are visible only while you have an account.
7. Acceptable use
Use Chlorona for plant identification and optional plant-health checks on photos you submit. Do not use the service to attack, overload, or break the app, the sites, or the API. GPS is off unless you turn it on. We do not send location unless you do.
8. Intellectual property
Chlorona, the Chlorona mark, and Heal, Grow. belong to Stellr Lab LLC. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to you.
9. Termination
You may delete your account in the app and on this site. Unused credits are forfeited, not refunded. After delete, we drop the customer link. Photo and identification may stay with no account attached.
10. Liability
The identification paragraph in section 5 is the limit on identification. Purchases are final.
11. Apple
For the iOS app, this agreement is between you and Stellr Lab LLC only, and not with Apple. Stellr Lab LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Chlorona app and the content thereof. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Chlorona app. Stellr Lab LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Chlorona app. Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this agreement, and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.

California law governs.
